About This Course
The Ministry Leadership Certification Course (Level 2) equips pastors, ministers, and church leaders with the skills and spiritual insight needed for effective and impactful ministry.
Covering key areas such as ministerial effectiveness, soul retention, visionary leadership, church growth planning, strategic leadership, and the roles of the Holy Spirit and the Word, this course prepares participants to lead with confidence, wisdom, and lasting influence. Graduates receive a Ministry Leadership Certificate as a mark of their competence and readiness for higher leadership responsibility.
Course Curriculum
1. Effectiveness in Ministry
This lesson focuses on how to become effective in ministry. It distinguishes between your personal service to the Lord and the ministry conducted within the sanctuary, helping you appreciate the weight of your personal devotion
2. Soul Retention
The emphasis here is on the critical responsibility of retaining those who have come to Christ. The course provides practical, straightforward, and effective principles to ensure souls remain rooted in their faith journey.
3. Visionary Leadership
This module explains what it truly means to be a visionary leader and why it is essential for every minister of the Gospel. You will learn the qualities of visionary leadership and how to walk in this dimension progressively.
4. Developing a Church Growth Plan
While the desire for growth is good, it must be matched with deliberate action. This teaching highlights the necessary elements for creating a church growth plan that yields enduring and consistent results.
5. Strategic Leadership
This broad course teaches how to adopt a strategic mindset in ministry, enabling you to achieve greater impact, progress, and accomplishments. It covers five key areas:
- Introduction to Strategy and Leadership: Discover essential leadership strategies, particularly those demonstrated by Jesus, which can be applied for success in life and ministry.
- Strategizing for Growth and Social Impact: Learn why strategy is indispensable in evangelism and how to use divine strategies to spread the Gospel effectively across cities and nations.
- Raising Followers: Understand the place of followership in ministry and how to develop committed followers who contribute to the vision.
- Effective Team Building: Gain insight into the importance of teamwork in ministry and how to build effective, winning teams.
- Next-Level Success Strategies: Acquire practical steps to transition from one level of ministerial success to a higher one.
6. The Ministry of the Holy Spirit in Your Ministry
This course draws you closer to the person of the Holy Spirit and explains His role in equipping you as a minister of the New Testament. You will learn about fellowship with Him, the gifts of the Spirit, His manifestations, and His enabling power in ministry.
7. The Ministry of the Word in Your Ministry
This lesson unfolds the diverse operations of the Word of God in your life and through your ministry. You will learn how the Word first transforms you, then empowers you to serve others as God’s messenger. It also reveals how the Word stands as the ultimate solution in ministry.
