EMERGING CHRISTIAN LEADERS COURSE
About This Course
The Emerging Christian Leaders (ECL) Course has been specifically designed for emerging leaders in ministry. This course is primarily designed to develop the leadership competency of individuals to function and lead effectively in various capacities.
The ECL course offers first-hand experience needed to develop an all-around leader, versatile in leadership and kingdom exploits. It also equips participants with the fundamental knowledge of Christian foundation, spiritual maturity and growth as well as character development.
The ECL course offers an introductory pathway to developing the concept of success in ministry and life.
Registration is open to every young Christian who has a calling and wants to discover their area of calling. Our emerging leaders must be between the ages of 20 and 35 years.
To ensure proper engagement, interactive learning and the highest quality standards, the course will run for 10 weeks, facilitated by experienced leaders and professionals with a track record of excellence in various aspects of ministry.
Course Curriculum
1. Becoming A Relevant Voice in Ministry
Discover how to make a lasting impact wherever God plants you. This session will help you understand what it means to stay relevant and useful in every sphere of ministry.
2. Fruitfulness and Productivity in Leadership
Every minister desires results. In this class, you will learn the key areas to focus on if you want your ministry and leadership to bear much fruit for the Kingdom.
3. Prayer as Our Lifestyle and Culture
Prayer is more than an activity; it’s our lifeline. Here you will be guided on how to cultivate a deep prayer life and make prayer your natural daily rhythm as a minister.
4. Effective Locality Capture
God has called us to shine His light in our cities and nations. This course will equip you with practical insights on how to influence your locality with the gospel and establish Kingdom presence.
5. Breaking New Grounds
Ministry is about moving forward. In this session, you’ll learn how to pioneer fresh moves of the gospel, step into new territories, and do exploits that haven’t been done before.
6. Relentless Evangelism and Soul Winning
Evangelism is the heartbeat of God. This course will unfold the four major driving forces behind effective, consistent soul winning, and how you can make it your passion for life.
7. Administration for Growth and Expansion
Good administration is the backbone of lasting ministry. In this class, you’ll discover how to organize, structure, and manage effectively so your ministry can grow and expand to new levels.
8. Becoming a Strategic Minister
Ministry requires wisdom and divine strategy. This course will show you how to align with God’s strategies, think ahead, and win every spiritual and leadership battle.
9. Three Pillars of Successful Ministry (Part 1 & 2)
There are certain non-negotiable elements every servant of God must embrace. In this teaching, you’ll receive insight into three indispensable principles that guarantee success in ministry.
